Karthigeyan R, Programme head, leads CIM Programme in South India, focusing on building intrinsic motivation in teachers and education officials. he has an extensive experience across education, factories, software, corporate, government, NGOs, and educational institutes. Focused on capacity building for state and district officers, he has significantly contributed to teacher education reform and government-led educational projects. he is dedicated to driving meaningful change in educational programs, aiming for a brighter future for all stakeholders.

Revana Siddappa

Programme Lead

Revanasiddappa is a seasoned social development professional with over 14 years of experience in education, community engagement, and systems strengthening. He  has worked closely with departments of Education, Health, and Panchayat Raj.
His professional journey includes key roles at Prajayatna, Tata Trusts, and SAAHAS, where he led grassroots initiatives with impact and integrity. Revanasiddappa brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to planning, supervision, and empowering communities from within.

Jerylene Priyadharshini

Senior Manager

Dr. Jerylene is a resourceful social work professional with a PhD in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work and over a decade of experience across academic and development sectors. As Senior Program Manager at the Centre for Intrinsic Motivation (CIM), she leads programs in Tamilnadu State.
Previously, she served as Program Lead at Save the Children, implementing impactful health, nutrition, and WASH initiatives in tribal schools across Tamil Nadu. 

Adaikalamary Jacquline

Programme Manager

Jacquline is a seasoned social work professional with over 13 years of experience in program management, education, healthcare, and community development. As Program Manager at CIM, she leads multi-district initiatives focused on education reform and teacher empowerment in collaboration with government schools.
Her prior roles span maternal and child health with MAMTA–HIMC, clinical social work at St. Isabel’s Hospital, and foster care at Don Bosco Anbu Illam. She holds a Master’s in Social Work from Stella Maris College and is known for her strengths in stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and translating grassroots insights into sustainable impact.

Bharti Negi

Senior Finance Officer

Bharti is a finance and accounting professional with over nine years of experience in managing bookkeeping, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance. Her expertise spans payroll processing, vendor and expense management, and administrative operations.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and systematic approach. She plays a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day financial workflows while identifying opportunities for process improvement. Bharti’s reliability and consistency make her an essential pillar of operational integrity within the organization’s finance team.
